***Kim’s phone line was busy most of the night but something weird happened while i was voting on both of my computers at home…..when i would click to vote for kim & derek after awhile it would take me to a blank screen and then forward me to members services….wtf??? In the 9 weeks ive been voting this shit never happened once…its just odd….suspiciously odd!!
***By now its obvious that the judges are just puppets for the producers/sponsors/behind the scenes dictators. This “creative” group behind the show already had in mind who they wanted/who they didn’t want to win-they already knew before one foot was even set on the dance floor.
This show is clearly rigged!
Kim was one of the best dancers on there, certainly better than Ty and yet she gets voted off before him? This is not a contest of who is the best dancer this is a contest of who appeals to the target demographic the most.
Melissa was on ABC’s the bachelor which is targeted at the exact same demographic.who watch dancing with the stars. She won the bachelor and then the guy dumped her, garnering her amongst ABC’s target demographic many “i’ve been there too” sympathy points
oh poor melissa we have to take care of her and see that she isnt “dumped” ever again!! save it for hallmark cards n oprah please *Gag*
In addition, did anyone else notice Kim’s unfair treatment during the show? the constant underscoring, the name calling, degrading remarks that stands towards all women of color. Among all the other white dancers on the show who bathe, live, and sleep in fake n bake tans, people point out kim’s use of pale make up (ok why isnt anyone talking about the overly tanned/orange white dancers?) why does kim get singled out as an outcast, and why did every reference the judges/hosts made to Kim seem like they were painting her out to be someone who isn’t good for anything other than shaking her ass and being “trampy”
All the other other sexy slutty dancers on the show exhibiting just as much sexuality and in more revealing clothes, but Kim gets singled out for being “the town slut”? food for thought.
once again this is not a contest of who is the best dancer this is a contest of who appeals to the target demographic the most.
the producers know this the sponsors know this and they take heed to it

***I wasn’t a fan of the show to begin with, but it just so happened that one day I was watching and Lil’ Kim was on there. So, I watched her dance and I was really impressed! She has really changed her image and is trying to grow and learn from her mistakes. I will say that when I watch E! News’ segments on the show, they hardly ever show Lil’ Kim and I found it very funny. I’m not playing the race card, but I would like to know why the hell was she voted off when she was such a good dancer and hard worker?! Whether you people want to accept it or not, there are MANY people who don’t want to see a black person succeed. Sadly, this is the world and how it’s gonna be.
***I was in total shock! And I guess that I should have known that they would do that because of what I’ve seen on previous seasons. It should have been Jewel’s husband the cowboy. He was STIFF as he11 ! Kim could REALLY dance, and she improved more and more and got better each week! That show is total BS. And the voting obviously does not make a difference either. I’m watching Kim now on TV. It was taped after her and Derek got eliminated. She’s going to be alright, and she’s handling it well. But that was some bogus stuff for real. They’re either going with the sympathy vote for Shawn(she had a stalker following her), or the groupies are going to help Jiles win since they think he’s so sexy.(it should be based on the best dancer, not sex appeal) Kim is a sweet girl, and she’ll go on to do other things in the entertainment field I’m sure. And it’s not about her being Black, she is just a good dancer. I hope that stiff cowboy goes home next. Those people wouldn’t know good dancing if it jumped up and bit them in the butt.
***This will be the last time I watch Dancing With The Stars. I know it is the votes that keep the dancers in the game, but this is the end of the road for me.
They can take this show off the air as far as I am concern. the voting lines are a joke, because they did not allow the number of votes each week and that is a fact.
***I have seriously lost faith in humanity. How in God’s name is Ty still on this show?! Seriously. I’m not a huge fan of Lil Kim, but I know that she’s a good dancer! And nowhere in the description of the show does it say that the winner is based on who has improved the most over the course of the show, that doesn’t matter. What does matter is how everyone performs each week and I’m sorry, Ty Murray may be endearing and bless his heart for trying, but he is not a good dancer. He may work hard, but I don’t know how anyone can honestly say that Ty Murray is a good dancer. Oh, and before anyone pulls the race card on me, I am white. All of my votes last night went to Shawn Johnson. I am just truly outraged over tonight’s results and if he doesn’t get voted off next week I will never watch this show again, as alot of other people have said as well. So, thank you for posting this, La Monica! You wrote pretty much everything I was thinking. I was absolutely stunned when I heard her name called. I can’t believe it, it was unfair to Chuck Wicks last week but even more unfair to Lil Kim this week.

I missed the live version of the Tuesday show, but caught it on recording (ABC.com). Like so many other fans, my mouth dropped, I was floored when you got eliminated. Did you get to see the tape with everyone’s shocked faces. I mean your fellow contestants knew it was wrong. All respect to Ty, but he still dances like a 2×4, the man was horrid Monday night with the solo and all. Dammit Queen Bee, you are so deserving to be with the other finalist. It is undeniable that you worked so hard and grown so much with your moves. On screen you and Derek look and dance beautifully together and are the hippest couple DWTS ever seen! I plead to the judges to re-evaluate the decision and create a dance off between you and Ty, it is only fair. What ever happens, I hope you keep going with your success and show the world the superstar you are. - Peace Out - Nm

I wasn’t a fan of yours when you started DWTS, now i love you. What I knew of you wasn’t very nice, you came on and changed my vision of you. I wish you nothing nothing but the best.I even purchased download and them girls. Your old stuff no disrespect I can’t listen to that.I hope the new direction this show gave you,you take it and run with it. God has greater things for you in store,and although rap is your first love,the world has more to offer Lil Kim take it and go. God bless you, continue to stay sweet and positive ,i’m loving the new kim music, I know your older fans aren’t happy,but you have to grow ,if they can’t with you, oh well!! lol. Peace

I think Li’l Kim did great on DWTS this season but I don’t know about these people who think she didn’t fit a target demographic. People were so sure Melissa fit this mythical “target democratic” to a tee, but being that she came in 3rd kind of disproves that, doesn’t it?
In fact, of the last 3 dancers, Giles was easily the best of the 3 consistently throughout the game, but instead Shawn wins — little Miss Apple Pie who won the gold at the Olympics and THIS just goes to show the viewer votes count more than the judges votes and as far as being able to judge good dancing the voters suck.
So, it’s not the judges fault Li’l Kim left so prematurely, nor is it the judges fault Melissa got a bum steer as well. The whole thing is decided by prejudiced viewers who base their final decisions on everything but good dancing. Li’l Kim should have been in the top three and between her and Giles I would just have to flip a coin because they were both that good. But I agree with you, it is rigged but it’s not rigged the way you’re thinking. The judges don’t have anywhere close as much say as the voters and most voters don’t know the difference between a dancing shoe and a bowling shoe.
Yeah, I’m still scratching my head over it, but if it has turned into a popularity contest then it isn’t the judges faults, it’s the networks fault. They better figure out how to fix the problem or they’ll be *real* lucky to make it to Season 10.
P.S. I agree with the others who posted here, Li’l Kim you were so sweet on DWTS that if I didn’t have prior familiarity with your works I *never* would have guessed you are the same person who sung “How Many Licks?” I told my wife maybe you are like these really decent folks who play bad guys in the movies. It’s just a gig. In real life they are the nicest people you could ever meet, and after seeing you on DWTS I feel the same about you now.
